WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

Join a dynamic health service team providing high-level executive and administrative support to senior medical leaders and contributing to the delivery of quality healthcare across the region. In this valued role, you will coordinate a diverse range of activities including diary management, confidential correspondence, report preparation, governance processes, workforce support, meetings, workshops and key operational initiatives.

You will build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders while supporting effective communication, streamlined processes and the smooth coordination of medical services. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- High-level executive and administrative support with professionalism, discretion and confidence in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Effective management of competing priorities,



coordination of complex tasks and delivery of accurate, high-quality documentation within required timeframes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with senior leaders, medical teams, stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience in coordinating meetings, governance activities, reports, workforce processes and administrative systems while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive and adaptable team member who embraces SA Health values and contributes to a positive, supportive and improvement-focused workplace culture.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior medical leaders, including diary management, correspondence, reports, presentations and document preparation.
- Coordinate meetings, committees, workshops and governance activities by preparing agendas, managing papers, recording minutes and following up actions.
- Support medical workforce and operational activities including roster coordination, credentialing, training coordination, timesheet processes and administrative support for HR, complaints, SLS and Ministerial matters.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders while coordinating communications, travel, accommodation and operational logistics.
- Maintain efficient administrative systems and contribute to a professional,



confidential and customer-focused service that supports the delivery of quality healthcare.
