Position
As the Contracts Advisor, you will provide procurement and contract management support to the Major Projects team during a period of leave coverage. Working closely with the Group Contracts Manager, you will manage end-to-end procurement and contract administration activities, supporting sourcing, tendering, contract execution, supplier management, and ongoing commercial administration. This role is ideally suited to an experienced Contracts Advisor who can quickly integrate into an established team with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and contract administration activities from tendering through to execution.
- Prepare scopes of work, tender documentation, and contract correspondence.
- Coordinate sourcing, tender evaluations, and supplier negotiations.
- Maintain contract registers, procurement records, and contract management systems.
- Monitor contract performance and support contract owners with ongoing administration.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes across major projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Contracts Advisor, Procurement Specialist, or similar.
- Robust knowledge of procurement, tendering, and contract management processes.
- Experience within mining, resources, engineering, construction, or major projects is highly regarded.
- Experience using Pronto is desirable.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to commence at short notice and work with minimal supervision.
