Endeavour in Toowoomba is seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support in Supported Independent Living homes, helping clients build independence, confidence and connection. Shift patterns include casual hours with sleepovers and every second weekend shifts.
You will assist with daily living, personal care, community access and wellbeing, build trusting relationships with clients and families, and contribute to protected, respectful environments.
