Responsibilities

- Guide customers through the entire admissions process, including enquiry follow‑up, facility tours, fee discussions, and assisting with admissions paperwork.
- Manage the admissions journey from lead capture to resident agreement generation, ensuring timely CRM updates.
- Identify, promote, and sell higher everyday living options that match resident needs.
- Collaborate with Business Development Consultants and Service Managers to develop recent referral pipelines and maintain strong referrer relationships.
- Proactively manage enquiry pipelines to convert prospects into sales while maintaining compliance with internal systems (CRM, eCase, MAC, etc.).
- Coordinate ‘room turnover’ with site maintenance and cleaning services, overseeing carpet cleaning, painting, and display room set‑up.




- Log resident movements in eCase and liaise with Medicare as required, including obtaining remaining respite days.
- Conduct daily site inspections and prepare display rooms for visitors.
- Discuss Healthy Ageing Services with discharging residents and link them to appropriate business owners to maximise conversion to other service streams.
- Serve as the champion of Mercy Health admissions processes, ensuring adherence to policies and compliance.

Qualifications

- Resilient, compassionate, and committed to delivering patient‑centred care.
- Experience in Residential Aged Care is desired.
- Ready to obtain or provide evidence of NDIS clearance and police clearance.
