We are seeking an ambitious and results‑driven Product Specialist to join our Biosurgery Team in Brisbane. The primary responsibility is to promote and sell J&J;’s Surgical/Adjunctive Haemostat products to surgeons across a wide range of specialties. This field‑based role involves engaging with specialist surgeons, key hospital decision makers, developing new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell J&J;’s Surgical/Adjunctive Haemostat products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
- Engage with specialist surgeons and key hospital decision makers in the Brisbane Metro North and Rockhampton territories.
- Develop relationships and new business opportunities to increase market share.
- Provide in‑theatre technical support and in‑service training to ensure maximum benefit and application of our Biosurgery products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified.
- 2–3years of hospital sales experience within medical devices or pharma.
- Experience working in an operating theatre workplace.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and a passion for driving commercial outcomes.
- Collaborative, highly organised, and able to work independently as a field‑based representative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically within the assigned territory.
- Right to work in Australia; reliable car and a valid driver licence required.
