The Chance

As the Operations Supervisor , you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient delivery of our services. You’ll lead and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence, maintain high safety standards, and provide exceptional customer service.

- Coordinate and schedule day‑to‑day operations of drivers runs
- Consult with line management in the development and management of operational targets
- Enforce and monitor all NHVR regulations
- Develop and mentor a collaborative, efficient and engaged team.
- Ensure all pre‑start, post‑run, and minor day‑to‑day maintenance tasks are carried out on all equipment
- Lead high level of customer service within the collection teams, investigate and resolve service issues
- Drive operational efficiencies within the team, continual review and improvement of collection runs and service delivery
- Manage and prepare detailed reports on labor efficiencies and overall cost management
- Lead performance management investigations and outcomes

About You





We’re looking for a results‑driven leader with:

- Experience in logistics, operations, or waste management (preferred but not essential).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams.
- A passion for safety and sustainability.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- The ability to adapt and thrive in a rapid‑paced environment.
- Strong Excel and Word experience
