Position Overview

The Head of Product is responsible for shaping and executing FifthDomain's product strategy, innovation roadmap and product operating model. Working in close partnership with the CEO, this role will bring structure, focus and discipline to the product management function while ensuring the business remains agile, innovative and responsive to market opportunities.

This is not a traditional corporate product leadership role. FifthDomain is a fast-paced, ambitious and high-performing technology business operating at the intersection of cybersecurity, workforce technology and artificial intelligence. Success in this role requires a leader who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, challenging conventional thinking and helping the business navigate growth through informed, data-driven decision making.

The Head of Product will lead a team of highly capable technical specialists, creating an environment where innovation, accountability and collaboration thrive. They will foster trusted relationships across the business, confidently challenge ideas when required and encourage healthy debate to achieve the best outcomes for customers, stakeholders and the organisation.

The successful candidate will be a commercially minded product leader with a passion for technology and innovation, ideally having progressed from a software development or technical background into product leadership.



They will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, helping FifthDomain transform ideas into scalable, market-leading solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute FifthDomain's product strategy and roadmap.
- Partner with the CEO to identify market opportunities and shape future product direction.
- Establish product management frameworks, governance and prioritisation processes.
- Lead agile product planning, roadmap development and delivery activities.
- Facilitate team stand-ups, planning sessions and product reviews.
- Analyse customer requirements, market trends and product performance data to inform decision-making.
- Produce commercial reporting, financial analysis and business cases for product initiatives.
- Review customer segmentation and market opportunities to support growth and innovation.
- Collaborate across technical, delivery and commercial teams to ensure successful product outcomes.
- Build trusted stakeholder relationships and foster constructive challenge to achieve the best outcomes.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of technical specialists.
- Drive a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
- All other duties as required.
