Our Client is a well-established and respected Facilities Services company which provides a broad range of services to public and private markets. As Operations Manager for a multi-service facility support contract , you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and enhancing service delivery with a dedicated focus on safety, visitor experience, visual appreciation, technology, security and people .

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the operations and planning and applying big picture thinking so that services are continually evolving with the needs of the site and client.
- Upward management so that business activities, successes and value are continuously being shared and communicated with the client.
- Optimizing back-of-house operations, event labour management,



coaching and mentoring a team of supervisors and casual staff.
- Leading ICT initiatives to ensure continual improvement of efficiencies for operations and staffing.

To be successful you will have proven experience in operations management, strong leadership skills, high attention to detail , demonstrated capability in fostering a positive performance culture and the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders in a dynamic public-interfacing setting.

You will further have knowledge of different technologies for effective staffing and operations management and ability to lead and drive development in technology-driven efficiencies. Knowledge of rostering, labour management and onboarding will also be beneficial.
