The Team Leader, Resident Experience and Communications leads Homes Victoria's resident voice programme. Drawing on research, insights and lived experience, the role develops strategic communications and engagement initiatives to improve resident outcomes, particularly around relocation and asset improvement. Acting as a central point for resident insight, the leader convenes governance forums, embeds continuous improvement across initiatives and works collaboratively with the community housing sector to enhance the overall resident experience.
Accountabilities
- Manage the resident voice programme, drawing on resident insights and social research to inform key messaging.
- Translate resident feedback into practical communications, engagement and improvement initiatives.
- Drive strategies that improve resident experience, particularly through relocation and housing outcomes.
