WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

- Deliver professional, high quality customer service by responding promptly to customer enquiries across inbound calls and emails
- Resolve customer account and billing enquiries accurately and efficiently in line with company service standards and procedures
- Record customer interactions and enquiries accurately ensuring complete and up-to-date information




- Promote self‑service options where appropriate and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience by reducing repeat enquiries
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to investigate issues, process billing adjustments, and achieve timely resolutions for customers
- Act as a billing subject matter expert, promoting self‑service solutions where appropriate and supporting continuous improvement in customer processes
- This is a full‑time position, working a monthly rotating roster with shifts scheduled between 7:00am (during DLS) and 5:00pm
