Security Technician

We are looking for an experienced Security Technician to join our Service Team. You will be responsible for servicing existing Access Control, CCTV, Intercom and Duress systems. The role will also involve quoting and running small/medium fitouts/upgrades for maintenance database clients. You’ll have opportunities to develop experience in commissioning, projects, management and sales.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and fault find all security equipment.
- Preventative maintenance of existing sites.
- Install small/medium commercial projects.
- Commission small to medium commercial projects.
- Quote faults found on maintenance.
- Liaise with subcontractors during project commissioning.
- Assist the commercial projects team with new and existing works.
- Manage customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Australian resident.
- Valid NSW driving licence, cable licence,



security licence and Building Industry Induction card.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Robust systems, network and PC related skills.
- Strong installation and commissioning ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Experience or certification in C-Cure, Integrity or Gallagher preferred but not required.
