About the Role

Number of positions: 1. Permanent part‑time (25.25 hours per week) in Townsville, QLD.

Responsibilities

- Assist with retail sales and the operation of Point‑of‑Sale devices.
- Collect, sort, and price donations in store.
- Assist in the development and coordination of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Display stock in correct departments following policy and procedure.
- Follow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures.
- Demonstrate TSA core values in all work‑related activities.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in retail sales is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Genuine passion and proven ability to deliver outstanding results in a rewarding, complex retail environment.
- Alignment with values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity.
- High energy, hands‑on individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a rolling roster, including weekends, and to work across various locations in the retail area.
