The Opportunity: Senior Full Stack Data Engineer

This is an internal hire. We're not recruiting on behalf of a client here, we're building something for ourselves, and we need the right person to own it.

Why now? We're at an inflection point. The foundation is laid, and we're keen to deliver something our stakeholders can actively use. You'll be here from the moment it gets real.

We're building a scalable, data-driven web application that will become the lens through which our clients and internal teams access insights. The platform is already underway in Next.js, with supporting documentation in Notion and Confluence. We need the right engineer to take it from here, with real documentation, real users, and a clear roadmap, working closely with our BI Analyst and Talent Intelligence Lead, and owning the technical decisions, not just implementing them.

What We're Looking For

- A genuine full-stack engineer, comfortable moving between the application, the data layer, and the user experience. This isn't a backend-only or frontend-only role.
- Strong SQL skills across query writing, data modelling, and database design.
- Hands‑on experience with Power BI and DAX,



particularly migrating or replicating reporting logic.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and Azure Data Factory.
- Someone who works autonomously, asks the right questions, and builds trust across a business.
- Strong documentation habits, because what you build needs to last.

Highly regarded:

- Python experience for backend logic, automation, or data processing.
- Experience building client‑facing portals or secure multi‑user applications.
- Exposure to ATS/CRM or recruitment data environments.
- A product mindset, with the ability to translate user needs into practical, reliable features.
