About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join the delivery team on a major commercial recent build project in Mandurah. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role on a landmark development, overseeing daily site operations and ensuring safety, quality, and program objectives are achieved.

Duties and responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
- Manage and oversee subcontractors, trades, and labour onsite.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues and delays.
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, site policies, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Liaise with project managers, consultants,



and clients to coordinate construction activities.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and experience required

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on large-scale commercial projects.
- Previous experience delivering mega commercial builds highly regarded.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades onsite.
- Sound knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and compliance.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
