Newcastle Anglican are seeking a Senior Care Assistant or Enrolled Nurse to join their team at Mirrabooka Place – Gloucester NSW. You will be part of a multi‑disciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors in our residential aged care homes.

Permanent Shifts Available
Week 1: Mon 14:30‑22:45; Wed 22:30‑06:45; Fri 14:30‑22:45 / 22:30‑06:45; Sat 14:30‑22:45; Sun 14:30‑22:45.
Week 2: Fri 14:30‑22:45; Sat 14:30‑22‑45.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a care team under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Residential Care Manager
- Administer medication under the delegation and supervision of the Registered Nurse
- Contribute to the clinical care of consumers including maintenance of clinical records.
About You
- Diploma in Nursing or Certificate IV in Aged Care
- Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtain
- An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to accurately document residents care/progress
