The Fig Trees is a growing NDIS and Support at Home provider delivering high-quality disability and aged care services. The Program Manager will lead operational performance, continuous improvement and growth across NDIS and Support at Home programs, working with the Operations Manager and Managing Director to build capabilities and expand services.
Initial focus on overseeing the NDIS program with a transition to one program as a dedicated Program Manager.
