Business Operations Manager who thrives on improving how organisations operate at scale.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the COO, you'll work across multiple business functions to identify operational bottlenecks, redesign processes and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency, profitability and customer experience.
This is a highly visible role where you'll influence stakeholders across the business and own operational improvement projects from discovery through to implementation and long-term adoption.
You'll be responsible for
- Identifying process inefficiencies, duplication and operational bottlenecks.
- Leading end-to-end business process re-engineering initiatives.
- Driving automation and AI opportunities where they create genuine value.
- Measuring success through clear operational and commercial metrics.
- Embedding sustainable processes through documentation, training and change management.
- Working closely with senior leadership to support continued national growth.
We're looking for someone who has
- Demonstrated experience improving business operations or process excellence across multiple teams or sites.
- Strong business process mapping and continuous improvement capability.
- A hands‑on approach with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience using operational metrics to drive measurable improvements.
- Exposure to AI, automation and modern business systems.
- Experience with HubSpot (or the ability to quickly become proficient) will be highly regarded.
This isn't a role where you'll simply make recommendations.
You’ll have the backing of senior leadership to implement meaningful operational change within a business experiencing rapid national growth. As the company continues to scale, there is a genuine opportunity to build and lead a Business Operations function over time.
