Role Summary

Kmart Department Managers are crucial to our success, leading teams to deliver high standards of customer experience through effective merchandising, replenishment, and customer service. This role suits a candidate with a background in apparel and/or fashion, requiring strong product knowledge and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while ensuring a safe and compliant store environment through effective process execution and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Leadership & Motivation – Support team decisions and promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging team culture, involving others appropriately in team-based activities and projects.
- Strategic Thinking – Address process breakdowns with speed and attention to detail, using data, metrics, and benchmarks to drive effective solutions.
