Program Overview
Citi’s Corporate Advisory division is a leading provider of financial services to top‑tier multi‑national clients around the globe. Citi’s Summer Analyst Program is a 10‑week program dedicated to giving future business leaders a complete view of Citi's Corporate Advisory business through hands‑on experience. The program includes an extensive training program to gain fundamental skills, assignments equivalent to full‑time responsibilities, and direct exposure to deals and transactions. Top performing Summer Analysts will be hired to join next year’s Graduate Analyst Program in 2028.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a full‑time training program to develop core analyst skills.
- Handle assignments that mirror full‑time responsibilities, gaining experience on real deals and transactions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive solutions for corporate and institutional clients.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior team members.
Qualifications
- Penultimate or final year student with strong academic achievement across disciplines, including Business, STEM, Arts, and Law.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Passionate about finance with a genuine interest to learn.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to the Citi community through teamwork, leadership, and mentoring.
- Commitment to personal success and the success of the institution.
- Ability to win and sustain the loyalty of institutional clients with confidence and good judgment.
- Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to searching for new and creative ideas and implementing creative strategies.
