The Exciting Opportunity:

The Positive Behaviour Support Team delivers quality services to people with disabilities through integrated planning and direct support. The team is large, multidisciplinary, experienced, and growing, with strong support and career development culture.

Responsibilities include:

- Building relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Implementing and following protocols for restrictive practices and safety plans
- Creating evidence-based behaviour support plans with stakeholder consultation and data analysis
- Conducting assessments to identify behavioural challenges and causes




- Reviewing and evaluating existing plans

Requirements:

- Proficient or Core NDIS Registration as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Services preferred
- Experience in assessment, service delivery, and report writing within deadlines
- Valid WA driver's license, Working With Children (WWC) Check, NDIS Worker screening, and First Aid certification
