About This Role

Fixed‑term, full‑time role earning $81,496–$98,955 per year, plus super.

As a central information point officer you will assess and summarise sensitive information to support family violence risk assessments and help keep victim‑survivors secure.

What You Will Do

- Provide accurate summaries from Corrections Victoria data systems to support family violence risk assessment.
- Give clear advice about the quality, accuracy and relevance of information, including checking identities.
- Prepare high‑quality reports and analyse available information to support informed decisions.
- Share important information with the team for multidisciplinary discussion.
- Maintain complete records and work within legislation, privacy, information security and safety requirements.

About You

A relevant tertiary qualification or similar experience is desirable. You should also have experience using the Corrections Victoria E*Justice and PIMS systems and a sound understanding of family violence risk factors.

You Should Also Have

- Strong knowledge of family violence risk factors and Corrections Victoria data systems.




- Sound judgement to assess information and solve problems using available guidance.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people from different organisations.
- Respect for inclusion, privacy and legislation while keeping accurate records.
