Role Summary

The Content Coordinator will create, capture, edit and publish high‑quality digital content across Cricket Tasmania, Hobart Hurricanes, Tasmanian Tigers and Ninja Stadium brands, supporting campaigns, partnerships and events.

Responsibilities

- Produce match‑day action, behind‑the‑scenes and community content.
- Film, edit, and adapt material for different audiences and platforms.
- Maintain a consistent and engaging content flow across brands.
- Support campaigns, partnerships and events to keep content fresh, dynamic and audience focused.

About you

Creative storyteller who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys storytelling and wants to help shape how cricket is experienced by fans.

Qualifications & Skills

- Relevant qualifications in Media, Film, Communications or a related discipline are desirable.
- Experience in video production, content creation and digital media.
- Robust video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar.
- Basic filming skills – camera operation, lighting and audio capture.
- Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop or similar.




- Strong storytelling ability and a creative eye for visual content.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work in fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and travel as required during matches and events.
- Passion for sport, digital media and creating engaging fan experiences.
- Commitment to continuous learning, improvement and living organisational values.
- Current Tasmanian Registration for Working with Vulnerable People (Employee/Volunteer) or ability to obtain one.
