Banksia Care Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced NDIS Team Leader / Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our disability services. You will lead participant onboarding, staff recruitment and onboarding, and ensure services are delivered safely and professionally.

This leadership role involves compliance management, quality assurance, record management, and close collaboration with participants, families, support workers and management to uphold the NDIS Practice Standards
