Monadelphous is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our Upstream CSG team in a permanent, full-time capacity.

This is a site-based role in the Roma region (QLD), working a 19/9 roster, providing engineering support to a high-performing operations team and will see you working closely with a key client.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate site support functions (Quality, Technical, Planning, Commercial).
- Assist in developing project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage project data, reporting, and commercial documentation.
- Support tender submissions and execution phases.
- Participate in client and contractor meetings, offering practical solutions.

What you will bring

- Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry, ideally within CSG.




- Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (Australian recognised).
- P6/Scheduler experience highly advantageous.
- Experience working in an on-site engineering position, servicing the resources sector.
- Strong, clear written and technical skills.
- Motivated and proactive approach, with an eagerness to learn.
- Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Proof of right to work in Australia.
