About the Role

As a Fulfilment Manager at Dan Murphy’s Watergardens, you will play an integral role in managing and maintaining stock levels to drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team that focuses on inventory control and supports key store events and peak trade periods.

Responsibilities

- Help build a culture centered around people development and create excitement about inventory control and stock movement.
- Create team succession plans, deliver regular training, and inspire continuous improvement.
- Elevate the team through regular coaching and mentoring, enabling them to be self-sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels.
- Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth.
- Create an inclusive environment that encourages diversity and fosters a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Results-driven with a strong focus on customer experience.




- Understanding of the link between effective inventory management and revenue growth, with the ability to share knowledge.
- Authentic, analytical, and attentive.
- Passion for coaching and inspiring teams, with a people-centric approach.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills to keep the team on track and achieve great outcomes.
