Position Overview

As a valued Home Care Worker at Anglicare based in the Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore on a Permanent Part Time basis you will provide compassionate, high‑quality support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and live with dignity.

Responsibilities

- Domestic Assistance – Support with household chores such as washing, ironing, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Meal Preparation – Assist with planning, preparing, and cooking meals.
- Personal Care Support – Help with showering, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene needs.
- Social Engagement – Provide companionship and encourage participation in social activities and community engagement.
- Transport Services – Offer transport for appointments, shopping trips, and social outings.

Qualifications

Essential

- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
- Reliable NSW C Class Motor Vehicle for travel between customer locations
- Current accredited First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- COVID‑19 and Flu vaccinations (highly recommended)
- Basic computer and smartphone literacy

Desirable

- Previous experience in Home Care or Disability Support




- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging, Home, and Community)
