Responsibilities

- Lead by example, mentor and inspire the team daily.
- Coach the team to develop knowledge and skills and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead from the front by consistently providing outstanding customer service.
- Create a strong safety mindset and foster a culture of safety within the team.
- Recruit, onboard, and induct high-calibre new team members.
- Manage stock effectively, ensure accuracy, and follow stock integrity processes.
- Stay up to date on pet care, products, and services to inform customers and the team.
- Create a fun, supportive in-store culture where the team enjoys coming to work.
- Proactively support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience in a similar store leadership role.
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.




- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and build a high-performing team while fostering a positive culture.
- Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities to achieve timely completion of tasks.
- Ability to drive safe Work, Health & Safety practices.
- Established business acumen.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and the team.
