We seek an experienced leader passionate about creating growth strategies for international, corporate, privately owned businesses and high net worth families. The role requires enthusiasm for supporting and mentoring a team to foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion.

Responsibilities

- Oversee a varied client portfolio of international, corporate, privately owned businesses and high net worth families in collaboration with teams across the firm.
- Build close working relationships with clients to provide proactive growth solutions.
- Develop and implement commercial structures to assist clients in achieving their business and personal goals.
- Lead and develop a team of associates and senior associates.
- Engage in business development activities to enhance your portfolio and develop a specialisation of choice.

Qualifications & Skills

- CA/CPA qualified with a solid base; Finance degree or similar.
- Experience with privately owned businesses, high net worth families and corporate clients.




- Proven leadership of robust strategic advisory projects with a high level of independence and autonomy.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels of client organisations.
- Driven and growth-focused with the ability to elevate service offerings.
- Demonstrated flexible, adaptable and innovative approach to complex problem solving.
