In this role you will lead the front‑of‑house team from the floor, inspire high performance, and play a key role in delivering world‑class service, operational excellence and memorable experiences that define the NOBU brand.

Responsibilities

- Support the day‑to‑day operation of NOBU, ensuring exceptional service and seamless venue execution.
- Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing front‑of‑house team to deliver world‑class guest experiences.
- Drive operational excellence through effective labour management and service leadership.
- Support financial performance by identifying revenue opportunities and managing costs.
- Partner with the Restaurant Manager to maintain premium service standards, compliance and operational efficiencies.
- Be a custodian of NOBU's world‑class culture, driving team engagement, performance, recognition and development to create an exceptional environment for both employees and guests.
- Lead by example during peak service periods, ensuring every guest experience reflects the prestige of the NOBU and Crown brands.

Qualifications

- Passionate hospitality leader with experience in premium dining, luxury hotels or high‑volume hospitality environments.




- Demonstrated managerial leadership experience within a premium restaurant, hotel or luxury hospitality environment, with five‑star experience highly regarded.
- Robust commercial acumen, with a sound understanding of labour management, operational efficiency and overall business performance.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
