With depots in Albany, Bunbury, Busselton, and our growing Esperance depot , we are proud to support major infrastructure and civil projects across the state.

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Traffic Controllers for a variety of exciting upcoming projects based out of our Esperance depot . If you are passionate about safety, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive in a team environment — we want to hear from you!

Please note: This is not a FIFO position. Applicants must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Esperance region.

Applicants must hold,



or be willing to obtain, the following:

- Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM)
- Traffic Controller (TC) Accreditation
- Construction Induction White/Blue Card
- Current Driver's Licence

- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Reliable, punctual, and available for flexible shifts
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing site conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable using smartphones and work-related apps
