Junior Production Estimator

Building new homes and better futures for Australians is a true honour. This is a key role focused on accurately determining and calculating materials and trades based on contract documents, plans, and selections to deliver a high‑quality file to the construction team.

Responsibilities

- Analyse plans and project documentation to ensure consistency.
- Coordinate amendments to ensure documentation is consistent before construction.
- Perform take-off quantities of material, labour and plant from plans and project documentation.
- Issue and maintain purchase orders in accordance with current purchasing/supplier agreements.
- Check supplier quotations to ensure all necessary items are included for quoted works.
- Review and process ETS invoices.

About you / Qualifications

- Experience in the residential construction industry is highly regarded.
- Understanding of Building Code of Australia and BASIX.




- Strong computer skills with medium to advanced knowledge of Excel.
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the construction industry.
