Responsibilities
- Monitor & update the short-term plan (Weekly Machine Preventative Maintenance Plan) and provide weekly short-term plans for the Loading Maintenance and Support Equipment Department.
- Run work management meetings for short-term planning schedules.
- Provide component forecasts and work orders to the parts supplier.
- Prepare weekly MP Gantt charts.
- Evaluate labour requirements and balance resources for the long-term plan.
- Review weekly compliance to planned maintenance; order refit parts and components for weekly servicing; organise, schedule, and raise P.O.s and work orders.
- Maintain a 4-week Light Vehicle planning schedule.
Qualifications
Qualifications: Trade Certificate and/or Degree in Engineering; Current unencumbered "C" Class Western Australian Manual Drivers Licence.
Pronto Xi or AMT experience is advantageous. Strong communication skills; ability to maintain or exceed best industry practice in all Work Management tasks; flexibility to adapt to improved Asset Management procedures; awareness of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations. Experience with Pronto is advantageous.
