Overview

Field based Sales Specialist based in Adelaide. You’ll drive revenue growth across multiple sectors including Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals & Refinery (PCR) and Data Centres in South Australia. This role focuses on engineering solutions for power, heating and cooling, with responsibilities for technical discovery, collaborative solution development and building strong, multi-level stakeholder relationships across varying sales cycles. You will manage opportunities from short-term solution rentals to long-term, multi-year engagements, demonstrating adaptability and a blend of new business development and existing account expansion.

What you’ll do

- Spend approximately every 2nd week traveling throughout the SA region visiting clients and building key relationships across Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, PCR and Data Centre industries.
- Develop recent customers by promoting our range of short-term to very long-term power generation and temperature control solutions.
- Elevate the customer experience by delivering expert assistance in addressing technical inquiries via the sales department.
- Support clients across the full scope of sales — business development and product introduction, including project design and site delivery.
- Formulate a technical application sales plan for the allocated region, advising clients on the breadth of our range and hybrid and low-emissions solutions.
- Accelerate new product utilization, responsible for allocated budget and growth goals.
- Liaise with Aggreko technicians and management to provide technical solutions for both low and high voltage applications.

You are

- Proven in a similar B2B sales or business development role in an industrial environment.
- Technically proficient with industrial products related to power generation, heating and/or cooling.




- Experienced in both account management and new business development.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration abilities.
- Dedicated to safety, quality and customer experience.
- Familiar with factors critical for successful new product introduction and integration.
