Overview

GHD is seeking graduates based in Geelong for our 2027 Graduate cohort, commencing in February 2027. The program provides a structured start to a consulting career with collaboration across disciplines, clients and the broader business to enhance technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

- As a Graduate in the Structural team, you will:
- Support the design and analysis of building and infrastructure structures using engineering principles and industry software
- Assist in the preparation of structural calculations, drawings, technical documentation and design reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe,



sustainable and client-focused project outcomes

- As a Graduate in the Project Management team, you will:
- Assist with the delivery of building and infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle
- Support activities such as project programming, contract administration, cost control and procurement
- Contribute to stakeholder engagement, reporting and coordination across project teams

Qualifications

- Have graduated (or will finish your studies by end-2026) in Civil or Structural Engineering, with an interest in the build workplace
- For Project Management: graduated (or will finish studies by end-2026) in Civil Engineering with an interest in Project Management. Open to studies in any other Engineering disciplines, Architecture and Project Management
