What You’ll Do

- Drive time, cost, and profit outcomes on major $10M+ HVAC and mechanical projects from start to finish.
- Lead and inspire internal teams, specialist subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver outstanding results.
- Develop robust project plans and orchestrate delivery across multi-disciplinary technical teams.




- Build strong relationships and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels — from site teams to C-suite decision makers.
- Own commercial outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven Project Management success delivering large-scale site refurbishments or new builds valued at $10M+.
- Specialist HVAC/mechanical services project management experience — this is essential.
