Overview

DSV Solutions is seeking a Compliance Specialist in AUS – Kemps Creek, Cuprum Close. The position handles shipments by liaising with customers and suppliers, compiling and completing the necessary documentation, arranging transport, and final invoicing. The role ensures all tasks comply with company and regulatory requirements to maintain operational efficiency, diligence, and compliance.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate within the Cloud Services Centre of Excellence to deliver accurate, high-quality work in line with SOPs, management directives, and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers, and service providers locally and internationally.
- Plan, prioritise, and manage end-to-end transport and shipment activities using CW1 and legacy systems to meet KPIs, milestones, and delivery deadlines.
- Read, interpret, and action operational instructions; proactively resolve issues related to documentation, cost calculations, load sizing, and operations.
- Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with customers, team members,



and external stakeholders—including airlines, shipping lines, and transport providers—to resolve issues and obtain required information.
- Support the Team Lead with day-to-day operations, contribute to process improvements, and assist with additional tasks or projects as required.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in logistics, delivery operations, and warehouse coordination—preferably in high-tech or sensitive commodities.
- Strong understanding of QHSE standards and compliance frameworks.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics industry.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Preferably able to start immediately.
- General WHS awareness of legislative and company requirements.
