We are currently seeking a Workshop Assembler to join a small, high-performing team manufacturing industrial and commercial refrigeration door systems. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into a workshop environment and build a long-term career.
About the Role
Working in a hands‑on workshop workplace, you’ll assist with the assembly and preparation of refrigeration door systems and report directly to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble aluminium frames and components
- Use hand and power tools to build and fit components
- Read and follow basic drawings and instructions
- Assist with material preparation and workshop organisation
- Load/unload deliveries and support dispatch
- Occasional deliveries to sites across Perth
- General workshop duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- Driver's licence (essential – site deliveries required)
- Strong attitude and willingness to learn
- Hands‑on mindset with an interest in workshop/fabrication work
- Basic experience with tools (preferred but not essential)
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑focused
- Full Australian working rights (long‑term opportunity)

- $33 to $40 + penalties (depending on experience)
- Casual to permanent opportunity
- 9‑day fortnight
- 6:00am – 3:30pm (Mon–Thurs), 6:00am – 3:00pm (Friday)
