As part of the Trade Counter team in Mill Park, you’ll divide your time between delivering products, providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople, and undertaking tasks that keep the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Deliver parts and products to customers using a company vehicle.
- Pick, pack, and perform stock control activities.
- Keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe.
- Provide customer service and information about products.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service, and a genuine enjoyment of helping customers both in person and over the phone.
- Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate product information.
- Tech‑savvy and adaptable to learning new systems.
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean record and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends.
- Ambition to develop career opportunities locally, within the network, or at head office.
