About The Role
- Assists the Food & Beverage management team to ensure that F&B; outlets operate successfully and in accordance with brand standards
- Provide a warm welcome and seat arriving guests
- Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships
- Serve food and beverage items in a timely fashion, assisting other staff whenever required
- Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and productive manner; report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if there is no immediate solution and assure follow up with guests
- Have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work to the set standards
- Respond to guest enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner, sharing local knowledge when possible
- Care for others, team members and guests alike, so they can be their best
Qualifications
- Positive food and beverage service skills
- 1 year experience in a similar position
- Good coffee making skills
- Ability to work a rotational roster
- Excellent customer service
- Current NSW RSA Competency Card
