UGL is seeking an experienced Paint and Blast Supervisor to join our in office outage team north of Brisbane. You will supervise abrasive blasting and industrial painting crews, manage daily activities, and ensure surface prep and coating application meet client standards.
This role requires a relevant trade certificate, a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, and experience in shutdowns or major hazard facilities; strong communication and safety focus are essential.
