Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive sustainment and logistics engineering support, including detailed supportability analysis and maintenance planning for complex data environments.
- Author, review, and maintain premium lifecycle sustainment documentation ensuring alignment with strict organizational standards.
- Lead and manage medium-scale project activities, applying robust project management methodologies, change control, and risk management processes.
- Facilitate regular, collaborative communication with key stakeholders to align project deliverables with broader strategic priorities and business needs.
- Establish effective team structures and track performance metrics to implement preventive or corrective actions when required.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this position, you will ideally bring:
- Technical Toolkit: Proven knowledge of supportability analysis and Integrated Product Support (IPS) / Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) frameworks. Familiarity with MILIS or standard Defence logistics processes is highly desirable.
- Experience: Demonstrated track record delivering logistics and sustainment outcomes within a complex Defence or Federal Government enterprise environment.
- Core Capabilities: Strong leadership abilities aligned with SFIA PRMG Level 5, featuring excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the capability to manage project constraints across cost, time, and scope.
Eligibility & Clearance Requirements
- Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current NV1 security clearance .
