Job Description: Sales Rep

KAIJU! Beer is excited to offer this pivotal role to drive sales, amplify our brand presence and foster our established customer base in Melbourne.

We’re looking for a charismatic go-getter with the ability to work independently while strategically expanding market share. You'll have the support of the team at KAIJU! HQ, as you develop meaningful customer relationships, activate sales opportunities, and represent KAIJU! in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain solid relationships with pubs, bars, and beer retailers in your territory.
- Strengthen existing customer partnerships to drive sales and engagement.
- Increase brand awareness through tastings, training sessions, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams to grow the KAIJU! brand.
- Negotiate win-win outcomes with trade partners to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM to track progress and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

- Relevant sales experience is a plus, but if you feel you meet most of the criteria, we’d still love to hear from you.
