Do you have a sharp eye for design and a passion for building accessory ranges that sell?

Kasmo Design — the home of Morgan & Taylor — is looking for a Designer / Product Coordinator to join our accessories team. You'll take real ownership of range curation, from original design through to sourcing and developing stock product, working closely alongside a senior team member from concept to launch.

What you'll do:

- Research trends and build mood boards, collection stories, and range concepts for our accessory ranges
- Source, cost, and develop product with our production team each season, owning range data and QC through to launch
- Support wholesale and client relationships with direct, hands-on mentorship — you won't be thrown in the deep end

- Brief collections to marketing and production teams and help keep launches on critical path
- Work in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to bring range concepts to life

What we're looking for:

A genuine passion for design and range curation — that's the heart of this role. Confidence in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, robust organisation, and commercial instinct matter more than years of experience. Client-facing and negotiation skills will be built through hands-on mentorship, not expected on day one.

Interested? Apply with your up-to-date portfolio.
