What You’ll Do

Based in Campbelltown (remote or hybrid role with options to work from our Bankstown team as you want), you will support NDIS and aged care participants across a varied and meaningful caseload. The caseload will be allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team. You will work across homes, clinics and community settings, building long‑term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

The Bankstown office has a team of 14 clinicians: 6 occupational therapists, 4 speech pathologists, 1 physiotherapist, 2 behaviour support practitioners and 1 allied health assistant.

You will be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications

- Full general AHPRA registration
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum of 4 years post‑graduate experience
