Responsibilities
- Identify mortgage brokers who want to ensure their customers are protected against life’s risks and offer our solutions.
- Proactively drive sales within the mortgage broker network.

- High level of motivation, self‑discipline, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, train, and mentor others to achieve their goals.
- Excellent listening skills to understand brokers’ and customers’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain strong qualified relationships.
- Energy, drive, and tenacity to succeed.
- Passion for protecting Australian home and property buyers from life’s risks.
