About The Role

We have an exciting prospect for an Inclusion & Experience Advisor to join our People team and help bring our inclusion, wellbeing and employee experience priorities to life. Working closely with the Head of Inclusion & Experience and the broader People team, you will play an important role in delivering a diverse range of programs and initiatives that continue to enhance the employee experience and strengthen our supportive, respectful workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting the delivery of inclusion and wellbeing programs, campaigns, workshops and events throughout the year.
- Working collaboratively with committees, key stakeholders and specialist providers to deliver initiatives and experiences that strengthen connection, belonging, accessibility and engagement.
- Supporting key diversity, inclusion and wellbeing reporting and accreditation activities, including WGEA reporting, Employer of Choice for Gender Equality submissions and Mental Health First Aid workplace commitments.
- Identifying opportunities to embed inclusion and accessibility into policies, processes, resources and employee lifecycle activities.




- Coordinating employee surveys and using survey insights to support action planning.
- Tracking and reporting on the progress of inclusion and wellbeing commitments.

About You

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Experience in a specialist HR role, such as diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, employee experience, organisational development or HR projects.
- Experience delivering inclusion, engagement, culture or broader people initiatives.
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident working with workforce and survey data, and identifying insights.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with experience preparing communications, reports and presentations for different audiences.
- A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach, with sound judgement and a high level of professionalism.
