About Mable

Mable is one of Australia's leading and fastest-growing healthtech platforms. As a purpose-driven company, we are where thousands of people with disability and older Australians have connected with independent support workers of their choosing and on terms that suit them.

With more than 25 million hours of support facilitated since 2014, we have been recognised on the AFR's Top 100, Deloitte Tech Fast 50, and previously awarded Australian Growth & Technology Growth Company of the Year.

By working at Mable, you will join a high productivity and dynamic team environment, leading to meaningful change in Australia's care and support sectors.

About the Role

As an Analyst, Data & Insights, you won’t just crunch numbers—you’ll partner with teams across the business to uncover insights, solve problems, and help shape smarter, more human-centered services.

We’re looking for someone who’s curious, cooperative, and confident with data. Whether you’re building dashboards, deep-diving into a business challenge, or spotting opportunities in a sea of data, your work will drive real change for real people.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain intuitive, reliable dashboards (primarily using SQL and Tableau) that track performance across key metrics.
- Dive into data to help teams across Mable understand what’s happening—and why.
- Partner with product managers, operations, and other stakeholders to explore opportunities and inform decisions.
- Identify and solve real-world problems through structured analysis and compelling storytelling.
- Design new reports and uplift existing ones, helping operations teams move toward self-service insights.
- Stay close to product and business developments, outlining data implications for new features and processes.

- Ensure all analysis aligns with Mable’s privacy and security policies.
- Contribute to a collaborative, feedback-rich analytics culture, learning from your peers.

Qualifications

- You’ve got 1–2 years experience in data analysis with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
- You’re fluent in SQL and comfortable transforming and structuring data to get what you need.
- You know your way around Tableau or a similar data viz tool and can build beautiful, useful dashboards.
- You can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders—whether in a meeting or a slide deck.
- You love solving messy problems and thrive in ambiguity.
- You enjoy working cross-functionally and understand how to influence without authority.
- Experience with Python (especially PySpark) and familiarity with Databricks.
- Exposure to machine learning projects or working closely with data scientists.
- Git knowledge or experience with version control in a data context.

Benefits

- Learn from industry experts, experienced leaders, and on-the-job opportunities.
- Access parental leave: 14 weeks of paid leave for primary carers and 6 weeks of paid leave for secondary carers plus superannuation.
- Work with flexibility: hybrid workplace, balancing time in the office with remote work.
- Flexi Leave Days: one extra paid leave day per quarter for what makes you happy.
- Take a floating public holiday: acknowledge a significant day your way with family and friends.
- Be rewarded: celebrate wins and recognise great performance with an easy and accessible Reward and Recognition program.

Equal Opportunity Employer Statement

As an organisation, we celebrate our diversity and welcome all people, regardless of their family responsibilities, ethnicity, faith, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.
