About the role
Are you a skilled welder passionate about delivering high-quality metal fabrication and repair services? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment, take pride in your craftsmanship, and value safety and innovation? The City of Hobart invites you to apply for the role of Welder in our Infrastructure and Assets Network.
You’re a qualified welder with hands‑on experience in TIG, MIG, and arc welding, confident working across a range of metals and fabrication projects. You bring precision, reliability, and pride to every job, whether working independently or as part of a team.
With strong communication skills and a safety‑first mindset, you consistently deliver high-quality results. Your ability to read and interpret technical drawings makes you a valuable contributor to any project.
