What does the job look like?

Linfox is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to support the day‑to‑day operation of our Willawong site. Acting as a back‑up to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee dock office processes, inventory management, staff training and operational troubleshooting while maintaining a safe, compliant and customer‑focused warehouse workplace. This role will be a permanent role on the afternoon shift (2pm start). Key areas:

- Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, dispatch, inventory control and returns processing
- Manage site safety, risk identification and compliance in line with Linfox, customer and regulatory standards
- Deliver daily operational planning and execution to meet customer and business requirements
- Maintain warehouse hygiene, cleanliness and pallet quality standards
- Provide operational reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and DC Manager
- Support warehouse teams through leadership, problem solving and day‑to‑day operational guidance

Are you the one?

We are looking for an experienced warehouse leader with a strong background in warehouse operations, customer service and team supervision. You will be safety-focused, hands‑on and confident managing operational priorities in a fast‑paced environment. You can demonstrate:





- 3+ years' experience in a Warehouse Team Leader or Leading Hand role
- Current LF lic with experience in both counter balance and high reach
- Experience supervising staff and delegating operational responsibilities
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, including SAP
- Strong understanding of warehouse and transport processes and procedures
- Experience working directly with customers and maintaining stakeholder relationships
