They work predominantly with high‑end private clients who expect a premium experience, and they're now looking for a polished, experienced Project Manager to uphold that standard on site and in every client interaction.

The Opportunity

This is a standout opportunity for a trades‑qualified, client‑facing Project Manager who takes as much pride in their communication as they do in their craftsmanship. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the construction phase, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.

Day to day you'll be:

- Managing the full delivery of bespoke residential construction projects from contract award through to handover
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinating and scheduling subcontractors and trades to ensure seamless project flow
- Managing project budgets, tracking costs, and flagging variations in a timely manner
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are upheld at every stage
- Preparing clear,



professional written communications including client emails, progress reports, and site documentation
- Collaborating closely with the design and architecture team to ensure design intent is delivered on site
- Identifying and resolving issues proactively before they impact programme or budget

About You

- Trade background essential – carpentry or joinery qualification highly regarded
- Proven experience managing bespoke residential construction projects end‑to‑end
- Exceptionally polished communicator – confident presenting to clients in person and in writing
- Professional email manner with robust written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, variations, and cost reporting
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure
- A natural problem‑solver who takes ownership and leads by example
- Genuine passion for high‑quality construction and delivering an outstanding client experience
